An Arcata tradition since 1996! This annual event takes place in late July and is put on by the Extended Education department of Humboldt State University.

Weekly classes at 824 L St (Old Creamery Building) in Arcata, with live drumming on Tuesday evenings 5:30-7:00pm and Thursdays 5:30-7:00pm. Christina directs CADA (Company of African Dance Arcata).
